PROJECT ASSOCIATE
Tomaro Architecture is seeking highly motivated architectural designers to join our team in our Manhattan Beach location.
Ideal candidates would be responsible for the development and coordination of technical drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents while maintaining firm standards in project delivery. The candidate would support the project Architect with, and participate in, internal and external design review processes. Possess knowledge of building codes, standards and requirements. Self-check work for accuracy, omissions, legibility and pro-actively ask questions. Coordinate/collaborate with project consultants and clients.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of relevant work experience minimum
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional working experience with either Revit or AutoCAD
-Revit experience preferred over AutoCAD
• Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills
• Highly motivated and able to work both self-directed and in interdisciplinary teams
in a fast paced energetic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• High end residential and/or Commercial experience
• Familiarity with:
Sketchup
Enscape
Bluebeam
Adobe Creative Suite
