Rick's involvement with construction started at a very young age. Rick's father, a self-employed contractor and developer, taught him and his brothers all aspects of construction, from pouring foundations, to finish carpentry, to property management. To say this construction environment and strong work ethic is a deep-rooted family philosophy is an understatement.

From the time the first shovel of dirt is taken from the ground until the keys are handed over to the clients, Rick enjoys overseeing the large & small details of the construction project. Rick's primary objective is to ensure that the clients' vision & expectations are either met or surpassed. Rick believes that the construction process does not have to be a stressful or difficult experience. Seeing a good design become a tangible reality can and should be an exciting and rewarding experience for both the client and the builder.

Rick's responsibilities with Tomaro Design Group include:

Generating and maintaining the construction budget and schedule. Tracking and verifying all project costs. Coordination of the day to day schedule and overseeing all construction activities. Coordination of inspections and other required construction processes. Direct interaction with clients throughout the project to offer status reports, discuss various options and offer any support.
